The dutch government is requiring supermarkets to add an extra fee to many products in plastic wraps or containers from 1 june onwards. Not a bad idea, but implemented in a typical dutch manner. Debate for years and then pass into law in a short time frame without any regards if the principal parties can implement it such a short period.
Meh.. I seem to remember there is an eco-shop in the vicinity. may be it is finally time to shop there. #plastictax #ecoshop
