Also turns out that Santi brought all the remaining super rare bottles of Axel Prüfer's #Cinsault (wrestled 2 out from his garage cellar and now they are mine) and one landed on our table together with a bowl of bacalao in a potatoes and rosemary concoction. Perfectly executed. No question asked.
