SB 14 would ban trans youth from access to health care.

SB 15 would ban trans athletes from participating in sports through the collegiate level.

SB 162 would ban updates to gender markers on birth certificates.

PASSED out of Committee

HB 1762 would afford LGBTQ+ teens equal protection under the Romeo & Juliet Act.

HB 900 would outright censor books with any LGBTQ+ themes, characters, or content and require parental permission to access certain other books (AKA Book Burning Act).

SB 12 would classify drag as a "sexually oriented performance" and threatens a civil penalty up to $10,000 for any drag performance in front of a minor.

SB 1601 would pull public funding for libraries that host Drag Storytime events.

SB 8 would steer public (1/2)
