2. The Savior's Book Cafe in Another World 2-4 by Kyouka Izumi & Oumiya
Our heroine tries to maintain her peaceful cottagecore life, but the other saviors keep getting in the way lmao. One of them nearly destroys the country. Another one just wants to impress everyone (including her!) and is easily manipulated because of it. Can't people just leave her be, let her run a book cafe & marry the handsome bibliophile captain of the guard?!
1. In the Clear Moonlit Dusk 2 by Mika Yamamori
The second volume of this #shoujo romance #manga about a handsome girl who's treated like a prince by her peers & a princely-looking guy whose personality is anything but. 💀
Love Yoi's straightforward & honest personality & all the random girls who fall in love with her at first site, and Ichimura is a surprisingly charming version of the ~bad boy~. (He's not actually a bad boy but he clearly started from that archetype.)
All right, it's a new month & I'm going to continue my mini-review threads. This month's will be tagged #FebReads. (Quite original.)
I read a lot of manga & light novels last month and while I'll absolutely plan to continue doing so, I'll try to toss in some actual books this month lmao.
