Starting my 33rd batch of Kombucha Fermented Tea. I started brewing Kombucha in March of 2021. 🧋
I usually drink a pint of Kombucha each day.
This is not "Hard Kombucha", just the regular, but I do occasionally make hard Kombucha too.
Recipe: 2 gallons Kombucha
- 4 cups scoby liquid
- 2 cups sugar
- 10 Tbs. loose tea leaves
* 5 Tbs. Green Tea
* 5 Tbs. Black Tea
* Steep 15 min.w/sugar&tea
- Water to fill jar
