The special district #DeSantis wrenched from #Disney control provides #infrastructure to the parks. Water, wastewater, power and much more. It holds bond debt, probably in the hundreds of millions of dollars to finance that infrastructure. Board members have a #fiduciary responsibility to protect the interests of the bond holders. Curious to see them try to leverage those responsibilities to dictate Disney’s activities. Ask their Bond Counsel. They don’t have the unfettered power they think.
