Sauted a little leftover lakror mi pras (Albanian leek pie) for breakfast.

Having gotten bored & directionless with cooking, I made an alphabetical list of every European country (generally underrepresented in local restaurants, unlike Asian cuisine) and am dedicating about a week to each. So this week has also included byrek me mish (meat pie in phyllo), kurabie, and shendetlie (honey cake).
