Then for no reason, it was difficult to #breathe. It has felt like someone sitting on my chest all the time. I’ve been hyper aware of my breathing as a result. Being #asthmatic only increased my anxiety.
I thought it might be #COVID, because symptoms, but I’ve tested negative. The stomach issues subsided on Sunday. And now, I’m suddenly breathing easier.

I've never had #food #poisoning before, and last night was one of the worst nights of my life. Between emetophobia (fear of #vomiting, with crippling #anxiety) and #SPD (#sensory #processing #disorder) I am in a living hell right now. What is this garbage on earth.
The day after: every sound in the universe makes my skin crawl thanks to sensory issues, AAAAAAAAAA.
This morning I complained to the health department about the take-out place from last night. Better safe than sorry... I'd rather bother the business with an extra inspection than risk this hellfire on anyone else.
I checked their previous inspections, they are all at 'low risk' (which is never zero) but some of the 'minor' complaints were things like food built up on the equipment that the health department required to be immediately sanitized. I guess it wasn't so bad to bump them up to a "moderate" risk but like... ugh. CLEAN YOUR SHIT.
