So, today marks one year and a day after my #gastricsleeve operation (3/4 stomach removed). While loosing weight or even having weight loss surgery might not be for everyone, it's been life changing for me. I'm down 30 kg and off hypertension medication. Blood work came back spotless and cholesterol is well within acceptable limits. I can run 5 km without falling over and I stopped snoring, to my wife's delight. I guess I'll be around for a while longer! ;-)

I’m not freaking out… but this is a 1XLT. And it was a bit baggy. Now, I know that this is baggy but the next one I try on will be a sausage casing. I’m going to enjoy this for now. #vsg #weightloss #gastricsleeve #newbodyfreakout
