"PowerForGood are current running into some technical issues so we have put a hold on onboarding ... there is currently no timescale on when this will be resolved."
This isn't white washing but it's something I'm seeing a lot where Energy company advertises a product but doesn't actually provide it.
Kinda sad ;(
