Anyone else experience their EasyGo autoload card suddenly going dormant?

I've corrected this issue online several times now in the past few months and it keeps switching off, and I have no idea why.

And my final #GrandRiverTransit rant for today: That gap between the concrete planter and the lamppost is far too narrow for anyone trying to get on the bus with a mobility device, even if there wasn't any snow. Hopefully they'll clear the sidewalk on the other side of the planter as well to provide more room.
