@vaweisman Oh! We are cooking borscht this weekend too! We haven't decided which recipe yet. I have made Anna Voloshyna's Ukrainian Green Sorrel Borscht with herbs and eggs from her new book BUDMO! and it was delicious, but I usually have sorrel in the garden so it's convenient.
