It is the centerpiece of several individual songs in an extended set-piece performed by the #Munchkins, #Glinda (#BillieBurke) and #DorothyGale. "Get Happy" is a song composed by #HaroldArlen, with lyrics written by #TedKoehler. It was the first song they wrote together, and was introduced by #RuthEtting in The Nine-Fifteen Revue in 1930.
