Some #hamradio guys travel to the pole of inaccessability (aka Bouvet Island) with lots of effort and about 750,000 € cost to build up their camp besides a glacier in arctic waters and have radio contact with other hamradio people all over the world.
Meanwhile, other radio people either intentionally jam the frequency these guys work on, or pretend to be the DXpedition themselves trying to trick others. If they don't do such things, they shout at each other on the QRG.
