The grand jury is going to reconvene and discuss the hush money payment I am not I repeat not expecting an indictment today which is why I don't have an #IndictmentWatch in effect since it is possible another witness will be testifying. Trump had til midnight to file their motion on why one of this lawyers shouldn't testify against him and he failed to respond on the other hand Jack Smith has another 6h to file their motion on why that lawyer should be compelled to testify. The judges are done with his delay tactics and there is a possibility that the evidence is so severe that it could have national security implications. If Republicans were smart they would find someone else to run but they aren't and sticking with Trump revealing themselves as accomplices to his crimes. I find it hard to believe that anyone’s still considering the possibility that Bragg won’t indict Trump.

Trump WILL be indicted. The conspicuous preparation of New York’s law enforcement agencies pretty much evidences that they’ve a keen suspicion, if not clear knowledge, that an indictment is pending. Were that not the case, such an expenditure of time, energy, and other resources probably wouldn’t be urgently underway to prepare for rioting by Trump’s MAGA morons.
