@KevinMarks
"It is anyone with their own site, and a community trying to support them and make them interoperate better."
This is actually clearer and more useful than anything I saw on the site, even if "support" is still a bit vague. Is the support financial? Design assistance? UX? Code? Picnics on second Thursdays of the month? Promotional? Cat sitting?
I've also heard mention of projects such as #IndyAuth. Are these defining necessities of an "indyweb site" or unrelated?
@urlfreezer
@aaronpk What would it take to log into different ActivityPub services with Indyauth *using the same ActivityPub account*.
For example, logging in to both #Peertube and #Mastodon using the same Indyauth domain, and see notifications and replies from both services on the one account.
Presumably Indyauth would have to be extended somehow to know what the primary ActivityPub account was? Maybe something like a homepage link with rel="me-primary" or something?

Does anyone know if there's any kind of progress happening towards some kind of single sign on (#SSO) for various #fediverse #activitypub services? #Indyauth sounds cool or anything else.
How do we get past having 10 accounts with 10 logins with 10 notification streams for 10 services (#Mastodon, #Peertube, #Pixelfed, #Prismo, #NextcloudSocial, #WriteAs etc etc).
If anyone knows of any dev happening, please link so we can all follow along / help out!
