For #WomenInScience day - an article I wrote for @irelandsown1902 a couple of years ago about the scientist Kathleen Lonsdale (1903-1971).
The Kildare-born crystallographer was one of the first two women to be elected a Fellow of the Royal Society (FRS) - in recognition of her unique contribution to science.
