My old (10 years old!) Kindle is becoming so glitchy it’s just a nuisance, so am looking to replace it. Except I discover that models are now being sold at two different prices depending on whether you buy one ‘with ads’ or ‘without ads’. Eh? When did that become a thing?

And can anyone advise if paying extra (quite a lot extra) for without ads, is worth it?

Hoy he descubierto que el kindle paperwhite 11 NO muestra las portadas como salvapantallas si el archivo es .mobi

La madre que los parió! Con mi k3 hackeado se veían las portadas de mobi y azw3. Y porque nunca lo probé con pdf, pero me quiere sonar que si. En el nuevo tampoco muestra la del pdf. Te saca los salvapantallas de lápices y cosas de escribir.

Hay que ser cutres.

Uff no me termino de acostumbrar a la luz del #kindle. Me molesta y tardo en calibrarla mas o menos de forma bien, pero es un constante que me acompaña con la lectura.

Y sin luz la pantalla es muy oscura.

Vosotres tenéis algún setting que os funcione? Os costó acostumbraros al brillo ese raro que tiene?
