Are you up for the blues?
Leroy Carr, an alcohol addict, got into a fight with his musical partner, Scrapper Blackwell, while recording on 25 February 1935.
Two months later (April 1935), Carr died of nephritis. Blackwell was shot and killed in a 1962 mugging.
