Some interesting parallels with US slavery in this one. #Spock doesn't see a difference between the beings (they're both black and white), but #Bele, of the dominant group insists the difference is clear (black on the right side).

Bele (oppressor) declares #Lokai inferior. Lokai is a prisoner of the 3rd party (Enterprise) and pleads for justice. So there are then parallels with international conflicts and US ineptitude.
