@J_T for me there was a need to make alotta changes. some acceptance (that i’m different & sensitive ¬ normal (or broken)), some social (leave a relationship), some behavioral (stick to a schedule,meditate,breathwork), some temporal (be in nature, do work that has purpose). EVERY DAY .
some days: i still feel all those things (the pain and difficult emotions), but they are less and less. and larger gaps between when i do. the intensity is still there and it’s difficult to manage.
i’ve had good counseling but peer support was, and is, how i discovered (and implemented and maintain) all this #MadHelpingMad
