Ok, so Musk just bought Paloo dot net, the 2nd largest Mastodon instance. Which leads me to a swath of questions…
• how do I find out more about the instance hosting my own account (I’m on World). They look benign, but …? 
• How is membership in the Fediverse managed, & protected from spies or other bad actors?
• I can switch servers (but have to rebuild my audience). Workaround for that?
• apparently I can block both individuals, but do I need to be able to block a server?
