#reesMogg has about 18 months left to do any damage - lord knows his party have done more than enough already to earn the accolade of worst post-war govt of any party - it will take multiple parliaments to undo their self-serving nonsense. My bet is his idiotic bill will not survive in any meaningful form - the #toriesOut must be into damage limitation once the #mayElections wreck their hold on councils

@paultempleman Exactly. It's all about disenfranchisement. The kind guys over at Citizen Card https://mas.to/@johnc10uk/109313792583172385 are offering free IDs but for people like me who never married, don't drive, & have an expired passport going through the whole finding a referee hassle is such a pain. I'll stick with postal votes and hope the rules don't change too much for that!
