Anyone who books in meetings then pushes them to a later date/time within minutes of their start time deserves to sit on a pike

If I know I'm due to stop what I'm doing within an hour I won't bother delving into code. There's nothing worse for a developer than having to context switch when they're in the middle of a flow

Having an all-day meeting with +50 people in it for an "urgent initiative" is such a blatant waste of time.

There are three people arguing and ~47 people on mute, doing something else.

They always confuse movement with action.
