My wife and I both had our accounts manually disabled and support had to delete them. At first I thought it was because I used a +moneygram alias on the account, but the account was fine for a while; I made several payments, then one day my and my wife's accounts both got disabled, both of them ProtonMail addresses. So I made a new one without the + alias and it got disabled again...
