It's #NationalSpeechLanguagePathologistDay where are my speech impediment kiddos at!? #SLPs do a lot more than speech work, but as a child with a very embarrassing speech impediment I can't describe how much they impacted my life.

Being able to communicate with adults and peers without ridicule changed my life, having SLP as a free resource at my school was so important. Lots of recognition and support to those in the profession today and always!
