I'm not a very active or good member, but #NewOrleans #DSA has been working on a utility strike campaign to oppose Entergy. I think the idea has merit: if enough people don't pay their bills, the "energy market" becomes unprofitable in LA and we use that devalued window to buy back the rights to our energy grid with a #coop.
