I see articles blaming the #NHS for the #LucyLetby case. But here in Germany we had a similar nurse, #NielsHögel, who was also a serial killer. He could've been stopped a long time before he was because his colleagues and bosses suspected something fishy, but didn't act immediately. So it's actually a problem with the healthcare system more broadly, not just the NHS.
