I've loved all of those series...so interesting!

Especially as my grandma was born on a farm just outside Cardiff and talked about her father slaughtering animals on their farm, taking the carcasses down to Grangetown via pony and trap, where he had a butcher's shop and butchering the carcasses for sale.

My gran knew every cut of every animal and used most of them in her cooking ❤️
