Some harmless #wine sniffing and tasting:

a one year old 100% #ecologic #Maccabeu by Moisés Virgili Rovira for his 9+selecció at La Nou de Gaià;

It comes from vines planted in poor calcareous soil, exposed to the Marinada (wind from the sea).

Grapes come from small parcels and are hand picked.
No added sulphites, indigenous yeast, medium skin contact for that "orange" complexity.

Live round acidity that lingers, a little pollen, touch of tannins, orange peel, salty marzipan, uncrushed thyme, apricotty finish.
