Today's #music (23 Jan 2023) honors what one source claims is the 150th anniversary year of the first batch of Lydia Pinkham's "medicinal compound".

The Pinkham tonic is still being manufactured, using what the current company claims is the original recipe, but they probably leave out the active ingredient which made the stuff popular enough during Prohibition to write a song about it: 40 proof drinking alcohol.
