Apanhando do #DNS (ainda sou "newbie" nele) após a criação de um mísero #CNAME no domínio da universidade para hospedar a página de um projeto no #Github. Acho que fiz certo, pois na máquina onde fica o nameserver autoritativo está conforme (com #nslookup e dig). Porém, fora dele não funcionou ainda tudo como deveria. Creio que seja questão de tempo até zerarem todos os caches. Estranho porque supostamente ainda não existia esse registro. Paciência então: veremos amanhã.

Also wenn ich das jetzt richtig sehe, ist der #Dienstleister, bei dem der #Server im #Cloud-Bereich steht, eigentlich kein Anfänger auf dem Gebiet.
Dass wohl die erst kürzlich eingeschaltet #2faktorauthentifizierung das Problem war, kann ich mir vorstellen, irritiert mich trotzdem etwas. Siehe #rponline

Ich hoffe, dass man demnächst erfährt, was jetzt genau schiefgelaufen ist, damit andere IT-Dienstleister daraus lernen können.
Auch irritierend finde ich, dass es scheinbar auch nicht möglich war, die 2FA sofort abzuschalten, als die Probleme richtig akut wurden. Die Dokumente waren sowieso verschlüsselt und entsprechend, warte ich gespannt ab.
(Ich nenne den #Hoster bewusst nicht, er hat aber kein "T" im Namen, soviel sei gesagt. #nslookup #mxtoolbox sind eure Freunde. Und Augen auf bei Videos in Nachrichten. - Ich reagiere, soweit ich kann auf DMs)

#Linux question: is #BIND evil and out to get me personally for some crime against open source? I can individually get hostname to link to IP in #nslookup. I can get domain to do it. I can get the reverse on each.

I cannot get both to do at the same time and I am going to destroy a city if #BIND doesn't stop screwing with me. I went through three VMs and near a hundred variations on those zone files using everything I could find in google and it. Won't. Work.
