Cuz some legislative dickhead decided that
neither like a tech inspection with regular intervals and expectable fees
nor a traffic stop where one doesn't get fined unless the police finds some violation
cops can randomly demand inspecting the "correct storage of firearms and ammunition"
AND bill people for it everytime, which in my eyes is not only unconstitutional but should get voided by courts as it violates #NullaPeneSineLege as basis...
