Enjoyed OFFICIAL COMPETITION (aka Competencia Oficial). Penèlope Cruz is at her best in this witty send-up of the art of making films. This dark, stunning-looking film had me giggling like a goof all the way through.

Fair play to Antonia Banderas and Oscar Martinez, both also brilliant in it as very different rival starring actors.

I would give it 9/10. On Netflix.

Since leaving the Blue Bird hellscape and posting my little film opinions on other platforms I get more visitors - only between 10 and 7 per post but that's a lot more than 1 or 0. I also post my latest opinion link on Counter Social, Facebook and Instagram
