The court of appeals dismisses a case challenging the City of Olympia's original Missing Middle Ordinance.

The decision is based on HP 1923, which prohibited appeals of ordinances increasing housing densities, which was passed as this case was being considered.

The original missing middle ordinance included much more aggressive steps, including single room occupancies.
