This is based on a true story. I think fireboats are super cool, and I do get to see them fire their water cannons fairly often, but it would have been way cool to have been on a boat when it fires them off. The John J Harvey is a particularly interesting boat because it was called back into service to help out in the wake of the september 11 attacks.
