Ok, so this post isn't about Roaring Rock Park. But still, it shows the challenge of land use within Warren County, #NewJersey #NJ. The #Phillipsburg area is becoming a #warehouse town. What is particularly concerning is the density of warehouses per square mile. As you can see from this map, the developers propose several sites to be embedded into high density residential areas. As truck traffic increases, this #landuse plan will pose a challenge for area residents.
