This was a good year for me. It was stable. It was nice. I enjoyed it. I grew. I am happy. Some things happened that I regret a little. But I can’t change them and I did learn from them.

#ExpectationsFor2023
There’s a few big changes coming. I’ll be moving. I intend to say yes to my universe more this year. There will be things that I know about that will be difficult and other difficulties that I have no idea I’ll face. I’m going to do my best to make it great.

Reflecting on 2022 and it got me thinking about all the great food I’ve had this year. I’m curious, what was the best meal you had this year? Yet all of them are changing, affected by the water around them. All of them will eventually turn into something else, whether they break down into mud or are eaten by something. There is so much imperceptible transformation happening in that stillness.
