Very interesting! This is in line with my clinical observation as well.

I have a genuinely question for #IDMastodon. I saw comments on the bird site practically prohibiting #Paxlovid in favor of #remdesivir, even considering it a standard of care.

These comments are based on negative RCT of #Paxlovid in mainly vaxx patient & mainly omicron variant but less high evidence still constantly show positive data
