J'aime préparer mes modèles comme un physicien fait une simulation. J'aime vérifier mes modèles façon inspecteur. J'aime enfiler mes gants en nitrile à me sentir chirurgien. J'aime manipuler des substances concentrées tel un chimiste. J'aime admirer le résultat impeccable suite à ma préparation. J'aime à le peindre longuement pour y donner vie.

J'aime l'impression 3D, surtout quand elle se déroule sans accroc.

Here are some practical tips I've gathered while learning 3D printing with resin. All condensed into a couple of infographics - and will be updated as I discover more. Additional tips will be much appreciated.

Tips:
- Converting filament 3d objects for resin printing. Cleaning up slices in UVtools.
- Build plate leveling. Gray pixel compensation and calibration.
- Water-washable resin, workarea and cleaning.

J'aurais sans doute eu de meilleurs résultats avec la version pré-supportée fournie et un réglage de résine fourni par la communauté, mais mes réglages sont au poil, c'est juste en supports que j'ai des lacunes.

📌 Hi gang, I need you help. We're pondering the idea of buying a 3d printer (and maybe a scanner so I can use them in my work). We're doing some digging and there are details that make me skeptical (like Anycubic's nonprofessional translation of their website & shop).

Which one are you using and why? Is there any cursed model we should avoid? Which would you buy today?

We're aiming for something like a Phrozen Sonic Mighty 8k or an Anycubic Photon M3 Premium.

Update on the #3dprinter enclosure: installed the remaining filters and fans and did some cable management, popped it up on the bench, routed the power cords and USB for #Octoprint and webcam in, made the top & bottom doors, decorated & installed the bottom one (it drops down 180°, completely open), added vinyl non-stick feet to keep it from sliding. Ended up rearranging a bunch of stuff in the shop - it's due for a purge, I think.
