@Some_Emo_Chick Other apps in the space right now are primarily #RecRoom, #VRChat, #Roblocks. Lots of people with thousands of hours on VRChat. It has high sustained active user count, and there are unique in-app events you can't find anywhere else. RecRoom can be a lot of fun - it's more game-focused than VRChat. These apps have higher quality user content and are available to non-VR users. They're also not made by Meta. There's a strong "FaceBook/Meta isn't cool" feeling out there

There's this certain type of #VR news article or social media post:
- Dunks on #VR and the #Metaverse
- ONLY mentions #HorizonWorlds, completely fails to mention successful #VRChat, #RecRoom, #Roblocks, and others
- Devolves into dunking on #MarkZuckerberg "oh he's so bad at business blah blah blah"

This article or post is just an anti-Zuckerberg post. The man, personally.
