#RuinoftheDay - The Public Libray of Timgad in Algeria. The main room was semi-circular, with a three-stepped podium between pairs of columns & book niches. It was preceded by a U-shaped colonnaded portico on an open court. The library occupied a prime site on the Cardo Maximus.

#RuinoftheDay - The Arch of Hadrian in Jerash (Jordan), built in AD 129/30 in honour of the visiting emperor. About 37.5 m wide, the arch was a triple archway with a wide central opening flanked by two narrower and lower ones. It was decorated with columns & Corinthian capitals.
