But getting everything geo located sounds like a #CCPA / #CPRA nightmare. So do you introduce tags outside of hash tags? I agree hashtags are a hack, but everything else seems worse. See #sangabrielvalley hash tags here in this post as to how bad it can get.

Last night before bed predict was at ~.75 inches of rain, when I woke 1.25 inches had fallen, now just past 1.5. Total this week+month is 1.83.

I was happy for the warming spell. Like oh wow, highs in the 70s! That’s great. The. Along comes today (predict for 80 in my part of the #SGV but no, it didn’t stop there.

Good morning from #SanGabrielValley in the Pasadena-Altadena area where the weather station up on the roof tells us that we’ve had 7.63 inches of rain in this event. So far.
Friday rain total from midnight to 11:59pm is 5.39" and as you can see in the photo, 1.83 inches since midnight.

This storm accounts for nearly all of February’s 7.7 inches of rainfall

For context, December’s total was 6.41" and we were so grateful for that abundance!! More in the last day+ than all of December.

Usually the low temperature for the day happens just before sunrise. At 6 am or so. (There’s a personal weather station on the roof, so we have numbers for conditions right here)

Today, here in #SoCal #SanGabrielValley foothills (elevation ~1200 ft), the day’s low was 37.4° F, at 10:24am local time. (Is now a balmy 38.8 F)

Prediction for here is rain and snow tonight and Saturday day and night.
