@ChuffMeister I was living in Brighton at the time, round a friend's house with some non-British people. They were utterly baffled by the jumping around cheering when we saw the news - even more so when we all ran out into the street to tell the neighbours.
No amount of explaining could make them understand why we insisted on going to the nearest offie to get as much champagne as we could afford.
