Who here has a standing/sitting desk from somewhere like UpLift and is willing to share their thoughts on what they have?

I'm thinking of getting one but would love to hear thoughts from others who already have one. What to look for, what not to look for, accessories and anything else of importance.

I know @xoomdev just recently got one about a week ago, so curious as to your thoughts on it so far.
