The antidote to [1] is weak ties [2] and [3]. Let those of our colleagues willing to be raw material for selling ads and thus financially support hate speech and crimes against humanity [4][5] do so; weak ties will filter out the hate speech and get ethical content out to the Fediverse.

These are two of Glasgow's most influential architects: Alexander 'Greek' Thomson on the left and Charles Rennie MacKintosh on the right. As a bit of Friday fun, how about a game of Six Degrees of Separation to explore the links between the two?

My attempt is below. Happy Friday everyone!

people, is there ever discussion of degrees of separation of game designer? I.e. two people who've codesigned a game have a degree of 1; if designer X codesigned with designer Y who codesigned with designer Z (but X and Z haven't (yet!)), then X and Z have a separation of 2, and so on.

Essentially six degrees of separation for game designers.

@steko

Example of "don't rush it":

Give yourself a few months to a year or so to build up to 45 followers. Once you've got there, if you trust your followers to pass on any significant information or ideas to *their* followers, after checking and maybe improving them, then you're already influencing the whole world - responsibly.

45^6 = 8,303,765,625 which covers all of us.
