#SoFresh2023 Part 3:

I'm now working fully remote with a team that wants to see me succeed! Not to mention, I'm doing the job I've always seen myself doing!

While I may not have been doing the most in content creation, I've learned that burning myself out doing it was not and still is not the move.

Focusing on investing in new tech for the shows I care about like Tech Talk Thursdays become more important. We even were able to bring on guests for the show!

How'd you do in 2022?!

#SoFresh2023 Part 2:

I was chosen to give a talk to some local game devs about how it's time to take charge in building the communities they would like to see around their games!

I went from hosting zero events ever to hosting 3 events (1 for LANFest and 2 for Twitch Raleigh)!

This year was the year I took my advice and put myself first over a company and left due to them wanting to expose me to hundreds of people who said the "pandemic was over!"

While thinking about #SoFresh2023, let's highlight some things in 2022!

First of all, I'm wrapping up my presence on Twitter to fully commit to #Mastdon, #ActivityPub, and the #fediverse!

There are some stuff Twitter is being used for, but interactions won't be the move!

In better news, I've been able to travel about as a board member for LANFest to see how it really looks to build healthy communities through gaming in local communities!
