Hi everyone! By way of #introduction, we’re the Nonprofit Professional Employees #Union (NPEU), also known as #IFPTE Local 70. We represent almost 1500 workers at think tanks, legal nonprofits, environmental research and advocacy organizations, and more (full list: https://npeu.org/about-1 ). We started out in DC, but now represent workers around the country. Our motto is #SolidarityforGood . We believe in our organizations, and we know that mission-driven work thrives in organized workplaces.
