Out of the oven - my recipe, my hot cross buns. I have used this recipe for a number of years. Somewhat better than the fluffy shop bought variety. Here is my recipe again, if you missed it from a few days ago. Slight adjustment with water content, as this dough was a bit stiff. I’m not sure whether or not these will last until Easter!
