Anything #SousVoile can be challenging. A few years ago I presented a Jura #wine dinner that included a Montbourgeau L'Etoile. Mostly #Chardonnay, but it tasted like a Fino from the Côte de Beaune. One guest was very upset and was Absolutely Certain it was faulty. #Jura

Well, this one was a little challenging; tasted like a strong flat cider - not unpleasant, but probably not a buy again. Picked it up in #Arbois as it’s an unusual grape, but also #SousVoile
